Hello, LottieElizabeth.

I'd like to share some details regarding the transactions.

The data received by QuickBooks will depend on what Etsy sends. If the transactions are showing up as income, you'll want to re-categorize them.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions on the left navigation menu.
  2. Find the transactions you want to categorize and select the Type and Category.
  3. If the transaction is a mix of both types, tap the transaction and select Split.

This article includes the step by step instructions on how you can categorize the transactions using the mobile app: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

In addition, you'll want to check the setup on your Etsy account. There might an option to update how your processing fees will be categorized. If you're unable to find the settings, I recommend reaching out to their support team.

If you got any additional questions about categorizing the transactions or need help with other task in your Self-Employed account, please let me know. I'm here to answer them. Have a good day ahead.
