Question

I now have 2 checking accounts linked to Quickbooks. A QB payment is on its way. How I can indicate which account I want the payment deposited to?

I've got you covered, @info1577.

 

You can go to the Payments menu and change the deposit accounts from there. This way, you can indicate which checking account the payments deposited to. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose Payments from the left menu and go to the Deposit accounts section.
  4. Select the Change link to indicate which checking account you'll use to deposit the payment.
  5. Click Confirm once finished.
