How can I reconnect my bank accounts on my mobile device?

When you open QuickBooks in the mobile app, you'll be routed to the Dashboard. Follow the steps below to reconnect your bank.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) at the bottom of this page.
  2. From the Shortcuts or All tab, select Transactions.
  3. Click the + button.
  4. Enter the name of your bank.
  5. Hit Continue.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
