Question

I only use desktop. Was briefly talked into online version...hate it! called immediately and canceled. they said they would credit my card and they have not.

Any subscription charges, including refund requests, are handled by our QuickBooks Online support. I suggest contacting them so they can review the debited amounts and can process a refund for you.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. In the Assistant window, type in “Talk to a human” in the field.
  4. Enter “Subscription refund,” then go to the Contact option.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert
    • Get a callback from the next available expert
