Question

"I received an invoice payment via bank transfer payment on Oct 12th. It hasn't been deposited on my bank account and is not even showing in transit. Do I need to do something to push it?

Thank you for reaching out to us, @mgm-pineiro-gmai. I'm here to help you show up the payment transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Bank transfer (ACH) payments usually take 2-7 business days to reach your deposit bank account. And, 2-3 business days for credit card payments. However, it always varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution you choose for transactions to be deposited in, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

 

If you have a Merchant account with us, we can try logging in to your account to see the activity time frame. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to https://merchantcenter.intuit.com.
  2. From the top menu, click Activity & Reports.
  3. Click Transactions.
  4. From the drop-down menu, choose your search criteria: Specific date Range of dates, etc.

 

If the payment is not added to your account within that period, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. An agent can look into your account securely and review the status of the transaction.
