I recently opened QuickBooks checking and I am trying to figure out how to do a mobile deposit of a check. I do not see any links on QuickBooks to do a mobile deposit.

I can share some information about using mobile deposit using QuickBooks Checking, jnlservices0. 

 

You can use your mobile check deposit to deposit funds into QuickBooks Checking using your QuickBooks or QuickBooks Money mobile apps. It'll usually take between 1-5 business days to fund the check.

 

You'll just have to enter your check information from the QuickBooks mobile app or QuickBooks Money mobile app. Then, endorse your check. Lastly, review and submit. 

 

To enter your check information from the QuickBooks mobile app:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online app from a mobile device.
  2. Click on Cash Flow.
  3. From the QuickBooks Checking home page, select Send Money.
  4. Select Deposit checks.
  5. Enter the check amount. Make sure it isn’t more than the limit shown on the screen.

QuickBooks Money mobile app:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Money app from a mobile device.
  2. Select Deposit Check.
  3. Note: If you don't see the option or if it's unavailable, it means you aren’t eligible yet.
  4. Enter the check amount. Make sure it isn’t more than the limit shown on the screen.

 

To endorse your check, sign your name on the back of the check and write For mobile deposit only under your signature. Then, take photos of the front and back of your check. Once finished, click Finish depositing.
