I recently sign up for a Quickbooks Cash Account but setting up the transfer to my bank account. I change to 2 Step authentication. No call or text

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Let's verify your contact number if correct. If yes, yet still haven't received any authentication code. I suggest reaching out to our Phone Care Support. They have tools that can access your account and help you rectify the issue. 

 

 

Here's how to contact us: 

 

  1. Click the (?) Help or QB Assistant icon. 
  2. Choose Talk to a human (select it again when prompted).
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern. 
  4. Hit I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact us.
  6. Choose either Get a call or Start messaging.  

For now, we have reduced our support hours from Mondays - Fridays (6 AM to 6 PM Pacific time) due to COVID-19. Also, some products will only have chat support during this situation.
