I royally screwed up my quickbook today, everything is out of what. Is there away to reset to what it was yesterday?

It would be easier to fix everything if I could go back to what it was yesterday. Any way to reset my quickbook to yesterday? Using quickbooks online.

Hi there, pdauby.

 

There's no option to automatically undo all transactions from a certain of time in QuickBooks Online. However, you can run the Audit Log report to see all the changes that were made yesterday. Then, delete or undo all changes them one at a time. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit log.
  2. Click the drop-down list for Filter and select Yesterday for Date.
  3. Select Apply.

 

You can also print the report by clicking the Printer icon in the upper-right hand corner so you don't have to get back and forth to this page. Here's an article about this report for more details: Use The Audit Log In QuickBooks Online.
