I understand you need to find the deposits, @unblemishedclean. I'll help you where to locate them within the QuickBooks Online account.

We can view your Undeposited Fund account to see if the amount is there. If it's still missing, we'll enter the money into QuickBooks. Please follow these instructions:

  1. Select + New.
  2. Select Bank Deposit.
  3. From the Account ▼ dropdown, choose the account.
  4. Select the checkbox for each transaction you want to combine.
  5. Make sure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip. Use your deposit slip as a reference.
  6. Select Save and close or Save and new.

You can utilize this page to manage deposits in QuickBooks Online. You can also combine transactions in one bank deposit.

However, if the amount came from QuickBooks Payments, we'll deposit your first set of payments within five business days. These early deposits take a bit longer while we set up your account. Once we set up everything, we'll deposit customer payments much faster. See this article for more details: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

I'm always happy to provide more sights. Please let me know in the comment section. Have a great day.
