Let me provide some information about deposits in your bank, LLandis58.
Before we start, are you referring to deposits made by your customers? If so, deposit speed depends on the product you're using and the payment type. When you deposit your funds, it should show as Funded in the Status column if it's successful. Also if this is the first set of payments, we deposit them within 5 business days while we are still in the process of setting up your account. Once set up, everything we'll be much faster. You'll want to check your deposit speed. To do this, follow the steps below:
Go to the Gear ⚙ icon and select Account and settings.
Select the Payments tab.
Review the Deposit Speed section.
However, if you're referring to downloaded transactions. QuickBooks Online (QBO) is dependent on the data provided by your bank's website. If you're not seeing the deposit, you can update your bank account to refresh the connection and bring the transactions. Here's how:
Go to Banking on the left panel.
Click on the Banking link.
Select the account you’re working on.
Next, click on the Update button.
Furthermore, Once transactions are downloaded, QuickBooks looks for and tries to match with what you've entered in QuickBooks. Learn how can categorize them. I've added this article for your guide: Categorize and Match Online Bank Transactions In QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you have any concerns about deposits. I'll be one post away in case you need help.
