I switched to the quickbooks bank account which states no fees but I'm getting hit with transaction fees

I'm here to share some information about QuickBooks Cash account, doitrightlawnsbr.

 

If you use other debit cards, the fee is 1%. This is in addition to the regular fees for processing transactions. However, if you use instant deposit, there's no additional fee for using QuickBooks Cash account.

 

If you use the second one, I recommend reaching out to QuickBooks Payments support. This way, an agent can take a look at your account and verify the transaction fees you received.

Thank you for this information. I have called and they stated the same thing. When someone pays online through an ach payment fee is charged Everytime. I changed the options to use the quickbooks debit card for "faster transfers and no fees" but I am still getting charged this fee. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
