I synced quickbooks with a software and it caused a problem and i want the data off now. how do I do that

To clarify, what type of data has been synced into your QuickBooks Online account? Any data synced into the account will need to be manually deleted. By knowing what type of data has been synced over, will help me to provide the steps to remove it.
