I tried to transfer/deposit money in my Undeposited account. But I can’t anywhere that verifies the transaction. Is there a way to see what transaction are pending?

I'd love to provide an accurate answer to your concern. However, before doing so, I also would like to ask if you're referring to QuickBooks Payments. That way, I can figure out a solution that caters to your issues.
