I upgraded to online version and payments recorded but not deposited 20 years ago are showing up to be deposited. how do i get these off the page

I'd be glad to provide some info regarding old transactions in your QuickBooks Online account.

Typically the system will only bring in transactions that are 90 days old. However, if you're seeing items that are much older and no longer needed, you can easily exclude them. Here's how:

1. Go to the For Review tab.
2. Check the checkbox for each transaction you want to exclude.
3. Select Exclude.
