I uploaded and categorized almost all my accounts. However, I noticed that three whole months from the beginning of 2023 are missing completely as if they were never sync

Hi aandplawncareatl,

It may be stuck around the Banking page. I'm here to help you resolve this issue.

First, let's check on the Excluded tab. If you mark transactions as personal or duplicate, it goes here. QuickBooks won't add them to your accounts. To include the transactions, click Undo. Then, go back to the For review tab to categorize the entries.

If the transactions are still not there, they may be listed in the Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expense account. To confirm this, you can follow these steps:

  1. From the Transactions tab, select Chart of account.
  2. Look for the Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expense account.
  3. Click Run report.

If the same thing persists, let's update your bank connection manually. This step refreshes the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. To do so, click the Transactions tab, then select Bank transactions. Then, click Update.

In case you're still unable to locate the entries, we'll have to upload them manually. I've added this article for the detailed steps of the process: Manually import transactions.

Additionally, I'd appreciate it if you could share the name of your financial institution so I can check on my end for any active investigation about it.

Once the issue is resolved, I've added here two articles that help you manage bank transactions:

I'm always around anytime you have concerns about managing bank transactions.
