Let me share some information about the charges and pending status of your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @preludeking.

In QBO, the time it takes for temporary charges or pending fees to clear and be refunded to your account can vary depending on the payment method and your chosen financial institution. Typically, it takes 5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.

You can check your deposit speed through your Merchant Service Account or by signing into QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. From the Cog Wheel ⚙, select Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Payments tab.
  4. Review the Deposit Speed section.

For more information, check out this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Once the transaction has cleared your bank account, it's important to match and categorize them in QBO.

If the status doesn't change after the given time frame, I recommend reaching out to our Payments support team to further check the transactions. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and verify the reason why they still show as pending.

Moreover, you may want to visit this helpful resource you can use as a guide in making sure the balance of your QBO account matches your real-life bank statement: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know in the comments below if you have other questions about QuickBooks charges or fees. I'd be more than willing to answer them for you.
