I've had a case with quickbooks for over 2 weeks now regarding my ein being wrong, I got it resolved and uploaded but they still haven't reviewed or contacted me..

Have called every single day to get a status since I've uploaded on Dec 22, and it still shows being reviewed. Nobody has called or emailed I have had to do it every single day. My account is locked and quickbooks is not releasing funds into my checking account. I have done everything needed to correct the issues and they aren't even reviewing it...

At this time, I'd suggest contacting them again during their available hours to make sure you'll get in touch with one of our specialists. They'll review your account in a secure environment and funds from your account.

 

To contact us, we can follow the steps below.

 

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click Continue.
