Question

I've made a manual entry in my bank register and it appears in the register. However, when I go to reconcile, the register entry is not listed. What can I do?

I'm here to ensure you're able to see the entries on the reconciliation page, @BKiley.

 

The data you manually entered might be posted to a different bank account. Let's open each transaction and ensure it's using the correct bank. 

 

Then, go back to the Reconciliation page and click the Filter icon and choose All for the Transaction type. This way, all entries will show in the list.



Aside from that, let's also check that you haven't manually reconciled the entry in the registers.
