I want to delete my account

I don't want to see you go, but I want this cancellation process to go easy for you, @lovelauren-bygra. 

You can cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on the Accounts and Settings page. Know that QBO will hold on to your data for up to one year. I'd suggest saving all of your QBO data by exporting the information. This way, it can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed. 

Here's how to cancel:

1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
2. Select Billing and subscription.
3. Go to the QuickBooks section and click Cancel.
   
4. Choose Continue to cancel, then click the Continue to cancel button in case it appears on the screen.
5. Go through the steps that follow.
6. Click Submit and cancel subscription.
