I'll also share the steps on how to disconnect your bank account in QBO. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu, then proceed to the Banking tab.
2. Select the tile for the bank account that you want to disconnect.
3. Click the Pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
4. Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
5. Click Save and Close.
