Hello there, @Syb11922. I'm here to help you download your bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

If you're referring to the bank account transactions in your account, you simply need to select the Download icon to export them. Here's how:

  1. Run your QBSE account via a web browser.
  2. Then, go to the Transactions menu.
  3. From the Type field, select Spending.
  4. Then, choose the correct bank account and the date.
  5. When ready, select the Download icon.

If you want to download a report, you can simply follow these steps:

  1. In your QBSE account, select the Reports menu.
  2. Then, find the report you want and choose the correct date range.
  3. After that, select the Download option (if you're unable to see it, just click the dropdown arrow beside View).

For reference, please check this article: Export transactions and get reports in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I've also added this helpful resource that you can use as a guide in categorizing your account to ensure they are aligned to the correct line of your Schedule C: Schedule C and expense categories in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I'm always here ready to lend a hand if you have any other concerns about downloading your bank account in QBSE. Have a good one and stay safe.
