I’m here to help you confirm the date and add an attachment in QuickBooks, @userdshandymancorp.

In QuickBooks Online, dates of the transactions are displayed on the Banking page. To confirm it, you can open the entry to view the exact details. Please know that QuickBooks automatically suggest a match if both information from your bank and record in the program are the same.

Concerning the attachment, make sure you add it before matching to apply the changes successfully. Let me show you how:

  1. Select the Banking or Transactions menu, then choose Banking.
  2. Under For Review tab, select the transaction.
  3. Click the entry’s link to open.
  4. Confirm the date and other details.
  5. Go to the Attachments sections and attach the file.
  6. Press Save.
  7. After, go back to the Banking page and click Match.

If the changes doesn't apply, I recommend using a private browser or other supported browsers then redo the process. If it works, get back to your main browser and clear its cache to start fresh.

In addition, here’s a detailed guide to reconcile your accounts. This makes sure everything is match and statements are accurate.
