Thanks for dropping your concern here in the thread, scraig. I've got some handy details to help you find and print copies of the previous year's data in QuickBooks Self-employed (QBSE).

If you mean you want to have paper copies of your transactions for last year, we can export them through an Excel file. From there, you can print the data.

There are a few options to get transaction info in QBSE. Either have a financial report or export the transaction into a CSV file if you want a detailed list of the transactions. Follow the steps below on how.

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Use the TypeAccount, and Time Period ▼ drop-down list to sort the transactions.
  3. Click the Download icon on the right side.
  4. Once done, open the Excel file, and from there, go to the File menu and select Print.

If you're referring to printing copies of certain reports like Profit and Loss, Tax details, or Tax summary, you can follow the steps below how:

  1. In your QBSE, go to the Reports menu.
  2. Decide the report you want to download and select the period or tax year from the dropdown.
  3. Choose View or Download.
  4. Select Print or Download in the dropdown arrow.

In addition, you can export receipts from QBSE if you need to.
