Good day, filomena-lococo!

I'm here to ensure that we're on the same page on resolving this issue.

Can you tell me more about the part "have to input the amount QuickBooks withdrew from my account"? Are you trying to record a money-out transaction?

If so, you can create either a transfer or an expense transactions. Let me guide you how:

  1. From the + New button, select either Expense or Check.
  2. Fill in the necessary information on either the Category details or Item details.
  3. Click Save and close.

If you mean something else, please let me know. I want to ensure that this gets taken care of by us.

As for connecting your bank account, once linked, you can categorize the items to match them with transactions you've already entered into QuickBooks. Here's an article as your reference: Categorize and match online bank transactions.

Also, feel free to visit our Help Articles page, wherein we laid references on how to manage your QuickBooks account.

I'll be around if you need help in handling your QuickBooks program.
