I was recently paid by a client and received funds two days ago. It says the funds were “deposited,” but nothing is showing in my bank or Quick Books cash.

Let me provide some information about the funding time for customer payments.


For new merchant users, we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days. These early deposits take a while as we set up your account.


After setting up everything, the funds are deposited into your account based faster. For credit card transactions, it will take 2-3 business days. While 5 business days for ACH payments.
