I would like to delete my QuickBooks account

I established a student account for school but missed entering specific information in the account setup stage. Unfortunately, I needed with information that inputting that information generated. I'm unable to start over because once that window closes I can't go back (according to tech support). So I'd like to start a new profile.

Let me get the help you need in deleting your old QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and start over to a new one.

 

If your account is beyond 60 days, we’re unable to delete the information. For more details, check out this article: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online.

 

With this said, I suggest creating a second QBO for Students account. Let me show you the steps.

  1. In your browser, enter this link: Intuit Education.
  2. Click the For Students button.
  3. Enter your personal information.
  4. Click Verify and Continue.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

 

Once your account is verified, you'll get a free license for the online program. To know more, see this link: Register and activate a QuickBooks Online student trial.
