I would like to know how I can deposit a check to my QuickBooks checking account I don’t have the option to do so under send money

The only way to put money into your QuickBooks Checking account is by transferring it from another bank account that's connected. Here's how: 

1. Go to Business overview. 
2. Press Cash Flow and then QuickBooks Checking. 
3. Hit Transfer and select the option to transfer money between your accounts. 
4. Enter the amount. 
5. Tap (+) from the "From" field. Choose the connected bank account. 
6. Pick the QuickBooks Checking account in the "To" field. 
7. Enter the amount. 
8. Click Finalize transfer once you're done and ready.
