Let me outline a few steps we can take if your bank transactions aren’t importing into QuickBooks, @agalarpe. This way, we can keep your financial records up to date.

Before we proceed, could you please confirm whether you’ve recently connected your bank account to QuickBooks? This information will help us determine the best course of action.

When you connect your account, keep in mind that the amount of data you can download varies by bank. Some banks allow transactions from the last 90 days, while others can provide up to 24 months of data.

If you’re still missing transactions, you can manually upload them into QuickBooks. Just remember that the maximum file size for uploads is 350 KB. If your file is too large, try downloading transactions in smaller batches.

If your account is connected but transactions aren’t showing up, we can perform a manual update to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. This action will prompt system to pull in the latest transactions from your bank.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select the Update button in the upper right.
  3. Select Update Now.

If you run into any error messages, here’s an article that outlines common online banking errors and how to resolve them: Fix online banking errors in QuickBooks Online.

Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, you can match and categorize them. After reviewing, they will be added to your accounts, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.

Please feel free to leave a comment below if you have any further questions or need assistance with downloading or importing bank transactions into QuickBooks. I’m always here to help and support you through this process!
