If an estimate that requires a deposit shows its paid why isnt it in my bank account?

I'm here to share a couple of details why the deposit not showing on your bank in QuickBooks Payments.

Funds are typically deposited into your deposit bank account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. It varies depending on when you enter transactions, which financial institution you deposit them in, and how long it takes your financial institution to verify and process electronic deposits.

Moreover, for Credit card payments are expected to be transferred to your bank within 5-7 banking days, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days.

If the payment deposit is taking longer than usual, you may need to contact our QuickBooks Payment support team so they can verify the status of the payment.
