If bank transactions aren't downloading for a specific period, how do I download?

QB connection to my bank was suspended for a time and the bank transactions from part of that time are not downloading now.

Let me help you on uploading your Bank transaction, @ls49.

Ensuring that every transaction is complete in QuickBooks Online is crucial because it will unbalance your books once you reconcile your transactions to file your taxes. Once your bank is disconnected or suspended, QuickBooks will no longer download your transactions.

If you already have the CSV file from your bank, let me share how to upload your transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the Link account dropdown, then select Upload from the file.
  3. Note: If your account is not connected yet to online banking, select Upload from the file.
  4. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, select Continue.
  5. In the QuickBooks account dropdown. Select the account you want to upload the transactions. Then, select Continue.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
  7. Select the transactions you like to import. Then select Continue.
  8. Select Yes.
  9. Select Done.

Moreover, I'll be sharing these articles that can help you manage your bank transactions after uploading:

Keep me posted if you still have questions about uploading your transactions. Have a great day, and take care.
