When you have 3 separate bank accounts, you can link each of them to QuickBooks Online. This way, they can be accounted separately with their respective bank registers.
Let me show you how:
Go to the Transactions menu from the left pane and then select Banking.
Choose Connect Account on the banking window if it's your first time. (Select Add account or Link account if you've already connected one)
Search for your bank's name or enter the online banking's login URL then select the right bank.
Hit Continue and then enter your banking credentials.
The bank may require OTP and then follow the on-screen steps to connect.
Select how far back you want to download transactions.
Once connected, you can review the entries in the For Review tab to match or add and categorize them to QuickBooks. Categorized, matched and added transactions will go into your bank's register. The entries from there will be ready for the next step to reconcile them.
