If my bank does not allow CSV downloads what do I do? I need to Import some statements because Somehow a connection was lost to Quickbooks.

I'd be happy to share some options to help you add the transactions in your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

You can either create a spreadsheet or manually add the details in the Transactions page. 

To add a new transaction on a web browser,  you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Transaction menu and select Add Transaction.
2. Enter the amount and a description.
3. From the Select a category menu, choose the best category to organize your transaction. 
4. If you have a receipt, you can drag and drop it onto the form.
5. When you’re done, click Save.

For creating a spreadsheet, you need to make sure the data is in the correct format. 

Here are the available formats:

• 3 column format: This format has a Date, Description, and Amount column.
• 4 column format: This format has a Date, Description, Credit, and Debit column.

Once you're done adding the transactions on the spreadsheet, save it as a CSV file. Then, follow these steps to import the data into QuickBooks Self-Employed:

1. Go to Profile > Imports.
2. Select Import transactions.
3. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
4. Click Import.

Lastly, review and categorize the transactions to help organize your expenses more accurately.
