If my merchant account closed, (due to a fraud alert) how do I access the funds or will those funds be returned to the customer?

If your merchant account is closed due to a fraud alert, you'll get a message at the email address you used to access the Merchant Service Center informing you that your account has been closed. Within 30 business days, the funds will be transferred directly to your bank account. If you have not received an email, please reach out to the merchant support. This way, they can help you in assessing the situation.
