If some but not all debits have transferred over from my bank and my bank file cannot transfer to csv or excel what is best way to input?

There are certain file formats that QuickBooks Online supports in uploading bank transactions. These are CSV, QFX, QBO, OFX, and TXT formats. If your bank doesn't support any of these formats, you'll want to look for a file converter application so that you can upload it. You can search for on in the Apps menu.
