If the deposit screen will not open and have cleared cookies and cache, is there a solution without contacting Customer Support which is not available on weekend?

I've got an alternative way to fix your issue about the deposit screen, not opening, nshort.

 

Since clearing the cache doesn't work, you can use another supported browser as an alternative. Here's a link to find out what browser you need for the best QuickBooks experience: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, Payroll, and Self-Employed.

Here's how:

 

  1. Select Help (?).
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose a way to connect with us.
