Im missing deposits from my online checking account. It transfers everything but that.

Let me shed light on the missing deposit.

Some financial institutions post transactions, but they are not available for download until later in the day or the next day. You want to wait 24 hours for your deposit to be sent to QuickBooks.

If the deposit still does not show up on your Banking page, you can manually enter it as a bank deposit transaction in QuickBooks. Then, please monitor this behavior for a week to see if you'll experience the same thing with other deposit transactions. If so, you will want to report this to our Support team. That way, they can start a screen-sharing session to gather more data, so our engineers can check this further.

On the other hand, you can also check about categorizing and matching bank transactions.
