Hello, corneliomendez-i.

I have some steps to help you ensure those credit card transactions will show up properly on the Reconciliation page.

The transactions view in the Reconciliation page is likely filtered, which is why you're only seeing payments. Make sure to click on the All column to show all payments and charges.

You'll also want to check how those charges and payments are recorded. Ideally, a charge is recorded on an Expense form with the Payment account mapped to your credit card account.

On the other hand, the payment is recorded through a bill, a check, or another expense form.

The credit card account is mapped under the Category details section while the Payment account is mapped to your bank account (where the payment for the charges are taken from).

If these transactions are incorrectly recorded, delete and recreate them. To delete, open a charge or a payment, click the More button, then select Delete
