Imported Banking Transactions that are Expenses are showing as Uncategorized Income and won't match

I imported my banking transactions this morning and bill payments are showing as uncategorized income.  I have searched online for a way to correct this and also asked for a callback from QBO with no response.

 

Anyone else having this issue after the maintenance QBO did last night?

 

Any input on how to fix this? I have tried deleting and reimporting and just for the heck of it added it and it's showing as a deposit.

 

Appreciate any help with this.

This is solved.  I received a call and then was disconnected, there was no one there.  So I tried chat which was unavailable earlier.  After explaining what was going on I decided to try deleting the transactions again and doing the update and it worked.  Not sure what changed but I am all set.


So, if you're having this same issue try selecting the transactions and excluding them.  Then, go to the excluded tab and delete them.  Then, update your banking again and see if that then brings them in properly.

 

It finally worked for me.
