On the other hand, let's try performing some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Let's open your QuickBooks account using the incognito mode or private browsing. These are built-in features in the browser that allows you to access websites without storing any data.


Here’s how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome.
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
  • Press Command + Shift +N for Safari.

If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Sites like QuickBooks Online store these files to save you time while loading repetitive information and images. Clearing these files, QuickBooks will load a new version of everything displayed on the page.

I also suggest running the Health Checkup Tool. It is used to check multiple aspects of the browser to ensure the application runs seamlessly.

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.

  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.
