Question

In my quickbooks cash account. I have pending transactions from over 1 month ago.

I don't know why they haven't settled the money showed up in my account but the pending transactions did not remove from the Transaction page. How do I clear those?

I'll gladly show you the way to clear these transactions, awysocki.

 

Let's match these pending transactions on the For Review page. Doing so helps us clear them in your QuickBooks Cash account.

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and then select Banking.
  2. In the For Review tab, find the transaction.
  3. Select the transaction to expand the view.
  4. Review the Matching records found in QuickBooks. This is the possible matching transaction you already entered in QuickBooks.
  5. Click the link next to each match to get more details.
  6. Make sure this is the correct match. 
  7. Once done, close the window, then click on Confirm​.

That didn't fix it.  The 4 PENDING are still showing up on the Cash flow page.  I've deleted the deposit and re-added them and matched them but still the PENDING's show on the cash flow page

It's important to ensure you're cash flow is updating properly. I recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team. They can pull up your account and review why they're still pending. You can contact them through your QuickBooks Online account.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.
