In Self-Employed Online I can only view 8 transactions in the Transactions tab at a time. Is there a way to change view settings?

The Transactions page normally displays more than 8 transactions depending on the filter applied. You can use the filters such as Type, Account, and Date to view as many entries you want. See this: 

You can also log in to a different browser or use a private window and see if it shows more lines. Unexpected issues in QuickBooks are sometimes affected by the amount of data stored in the cache. This is because the regular browser will constantly overwrite itself and will remove history unless done manually.

The incognito mode will not save any history, so it's a great place to identify issues in the browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Clearing the cache can also help resolve browser issues in QBO.
