In the SALES tab, is there a way to switch the Balance Column and the Total Column?

Thanks for dropping by here in the Community, @mkespinoza. I'll share some information about your concern.

Currently, the feature you're trying to access in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. However, you can export your sales. Then from the Excel file, you can manually switch the Balance column and Total column. To begin, here's how:

1. On the left navigational bar, select Sales tab.
2. Go to the All Sales section.
3. Below the Filter Button and Batch actions, tick the box. This will then mark all the sales you have in your All Sales section.
4. Beside the Printer icon  and Gear icon, click on the Export icon. This will then export all the data in your All Sales section.
