In the "Transactions" section of the Quickbooks Self-Employed website, the info that I enter into the "Notes" field for transactions is often erasing.

It could be a browser-related issue. Before we proceed to the troubleshooting steps, make sure to click the Save button after entering a note to a transaction.

 

Then, you can log out and sign back into your account to check if the note disappears. If it does, you can clear the browser's cache and cookies.

 

Follow the steps to clear cache for your browser:

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser. Then, check again the notes you've added.

 

If the same issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Team. They can create a case to further investigate the issue.
