Intuit Quickbook Checking with Greendot

I have used my Greendot Visa to purchase items with but I cannot seem to link my uploaded receipts to the transaction in the cash flow area.  How can I do this or how can I move this checking to the banking area?  I have tried to register my account with greendot and it is not recognized.

I'm here to share some information about how QuickBooks Checking works with QuickBooks Online.

 

QuickBooks automatically downloads and categorizes transactions from your QuickBooks Checking account. If this is your first time, go to the Banking menu, and select Add account to connect your QuickBooks Checking account. 

 

With that, you don't necessarily need to upload receipts once you've connected your QuickBooks Checking account because all of your Greendot transactions will be downloaded automatically to QuickBooks Online.
