IOS APP BROKEN. QUICKBOOKS IGNORES CUSTOMERS! Known Issue. Broken 3 months. Unable to reconcile or see balances. Deleted app and reinstalled, tried refresh. HELP US

I appreciate that you've been through fixing this with the recommended steps. I also want you to have and continuous flow with your tasks in managing transactions. 

 

Since you're unable to reconcile the transactions or see balances in the mobile app, I'd suggest running QuickBooks Online via web-browser to reconcile them from there. You can reference this article for the detailed steps: How to Reconcile an Account in QuickBooks Online.

 

Also, you can contact our Care Support team to report this issue. From there, our support will take care of and record this case so that our engineering team will investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible.

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Help (?) at the upper right.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose to start a Chat or get a Callback.
