Question

Is anyone else have an issue with Navy federal staying connected to quickbooks? I have had my account for 3 months now, and my account has never stayed connected.

It gives me a error in red saying it needs to be verified. I attempt to verify it, and it pulls some transactions and needs to be verified again. Its an endless loop. I've called, chatted and tried my hand a everything i could for this problem with no avail.

I can see how beneficial for your business to have your online banking connection up and running. This will save time since you’ll no longer have to manually enter transactions.


I know that you’ve already reached out to our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team about your concern. To determine the cause of the looping issue, I still recommend contacting us again. They can configure the bank feeds connection in a secure space and make sure you can fetch new entries.

 

  1. Press the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. In the Assistant tab, scroll down to the Type something field and provide a brief description of the issue (banking connection).
  3. Click the Get help from a human link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
  4. In How would you like to connect with us? section, choose Chat for real-time assistance or Callback to speak with an agent.
