I can not reach a human after multiple attempts to have a “call back” in another 5 minutes. No one ever calls. The chat takes literally 2 hrs last time because they won’t stay on to help you but leave after every question. The phone number no longer works to reach a human. It’s been the worst customer service experience ever!!!
