Question

Is anyone else having trouble connecting with First National Bank of PA? I haven't been able to connect since 1/11 and my id and pw are correct.

Have you tried opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser? Does your bank provide a portal with 2FA security protocol?

I have not tried this, but qbo is having trouble with this particular bank in general, and they're working to resolve it.

@chfc00

Utilize MT Online for the time being as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.

Hello, chfc00.

We have an ongoing investigation on connecting with the First National Bank of PA. This has been raised to the banking engineers to fix this unexpected behavior. I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support. They have the tools to add you to the list of affected users, so you'll receive an email notification once the issue got fixed.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Select Talk to a human, then Contact Us.
  5. Choose a way to connect either Chat or Get a callback.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

In addition, I've also included this article to learn how you can manually upload bank transactions into QuickBooks Online: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have further questions or concerns about banking. I'll be here to help you out.

I noticed that FNB shows up but for personal account instead of Business account.

Since FNB defaults to Personal account tab and you have to select the business tab to log into business accounts, I tried the URL https://www.fnb-online.com/business instead of selecting the bank name and was able to link the business account. God Luck.
