Is anyone else having trouble creating New transactions?

Are you receiving any sort of error message when trying to add new deposits and checks? When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Issues like unresponsive or broken pages are usually the result of too much historical data stored in your browser. Clearing them will do the trick.

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

• Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
• Safari: Command+Shift+N

If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.

Yes, me too.  One of the companies I use regularly froze up like a rock this afternoon. Great on a Friday. :/
