Is anyone having trouble importing bank transactions? Updated "Banking Balance" is correct but the "In Quickbooks" amount is not. No transactions appear in "For review".

SAME:  Tried a manual push by downloading a qbo ( Web Connect for QB) file and importing.   QBO reported that it was not a valid QBO file.   Since I am seeing this from 2 different banks, it appear this is a quickbooks issue, not a bank issue. 

Last Transaction downloaded was on the 14th

    Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. Another option, utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.

    Let me ensure you can get the latest bank transactions into your online banking in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you can easily categorize them coming from your bank.

     

    Beforehand, can you share what bank institution you are affiliated with? Also, do you encounter a specific error when updating this from your QBO Company? With that, there are various fixes we can perform for every particular error.     Moreover, you can also check your bank website to check if they have ongoing issues or maintenance. It is caused sometimes by the previously mentioned significance.

     

    In the meantime, you can manually add your bank transactions to account registers by referring to the steps below:

     

    1. Go to the Gear icon, and select the Chart of Accounts.
    2. Locate the account registration that you want to review.
    3. From the Actions column, choose View register.
    4. Then, choose Add journal entry, Add check, or Add deposit from the dropdown menu at the top of the list.
    5. Choose the transaction type you want to include.
    6. To finish the transaction, complete the fields.
    7. When finished, click Save.

     

    You may also want to upload them using the supported file formats manually:

     

    • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
    • QuickBooks Online (QBO)

    I have tried the incognito method on my PC and also on my iPhone. The bank balance updates so I know QB is connected to the bank (Bank of America). No error code is given. This issue only started on 11/14. Manually adding transactions is not a solution.

    I appreciate all the efforts you exerted to upload your Bank of America transactions in QuickBooks Online, @mcavinder.

     

    We currently receive reported issues about no transactions from Bank of America being uploaded to QuickBooks. Our product engineers are already investigating this issue and working on a fix.

     

    To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can add your company file to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-79688. To reach them, you can follow the steps below:

     

    1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
    2. Click the Help button.
    3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
    4. Select Contact Us.

    Yes I am having the same problem. It started yesterday so I have about 60 entries that have not uploaded to QB.
